He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Nancy; his children, Elizabeth Mainardi (James), Matthew (Susan), Michael, Christina Stonewall (Austin), Christopher and Sarah Uhrich (Joseph); his grandchildren, Madeline, Emma, Nathaniel, John Paul, Julia, Veronica, Isabelle, Cecilia, Judah, Eli, Noelle, Gabriel, Nadia and Cleopas; his sibling Vytautas; and his siblings-in-law, George Cappy, Cathy West (Phil), Mary Wozniak (Mark) and Susan Townsend (late George).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home (185 E Northwest Hwy, Palatine, IL 60067). A Mass will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Theresa Church (455 N Benton St, Palatine, IL 60067). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 11:45 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Cemetery (1185 W Algonquin Rd, Palatine, IL 60067).
In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Theresa Church would be appreciated.
