She was predeceased by: her parents, John Letts and Irene Letts; her husband Steven Siavelis; her son Peter Siavelis (Brandie); and her grandchild Nikki.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Caruso (late Jan), Philip Caruso (Kelly), Missy Jerfita (Tony) and Steven Siavelis (Juli); her grandchildren, Michelle, Ryan, Taylor, Andrea, Stephanie, Tony, Jack, Alexandra, Katherine, Steven, Greyson and Conrad; and her great grandchildren, Patrick, Sylvie, Genavieve, Dylan, Inez and Hank.
