She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Muldoon and Signe Muldoon; and her son James. She is survived by: her children, Fred (Jennifer), Daniel (Kathy), Eric, Thomas and Barb Lemke (Mark); her grandchildren, Breanna (Drew), Mackenzie (Tyler), Sydney (Pedro), Katie, Patrick, Ben, Thomas J., Nicholas and Rachael; and her great grandchildren, Shiloh, Violet, Dylan and Summer.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home (185 E Northwest Hwy, Palatine, IL 60067).
