He was predeceased by : his grandson Anthony. He is survived by : his wife Margot Innes; his children, Brent Innes (Kirsten), Dawna Mata and Richard B. Innes (Nichole); his grandchildren, Kelcey, Barett, Matthew and Ryan; and his siblings, Bonnie Day and James Innes.

In Lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated in Richard's name, to the American Heart Association.
