He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Berthiaume; his siblings, Henry Berthiaume, Kenneth, Gloria Berthiaume, Sharon Berthiaume Bradley, Robert Bradley and Gene Berthiaume; his nephews, Donald Berthiaume and Kenneth Berthiaume; and his niece Denise Pyles.
