With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Donna D. Monroney of Palestine, Illinois, born in Flat Rock, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 20, 2024 at the age of 86. She was predeceased by : her parents, Clarence Ewing and Dorotha Ewing (Legg); and her sister Wordna Paxson. She is survived by : her spouse Dale M. Monroney; her children, Jeff Monroney of Robinson, IL, Brent Monroney of Porterville, IL and Dena Elmore of Vincennes, IN; her granddaughters, Cammy Risinger and Halle Risinger; her aunt Naomi Walling of Las Angeles, CA; her cousins, Delores Dedrick of Robinson, IL, Nancy McClellan of Newburgh, IN and Robert Ewing of Jacksonville, FL; and her nieces, Karla (Steve Mercer) and Rhonda (Mike Hicky).

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Goodwine Funeral Home - Robinson (303 E Main St, Robinson, IL 62454). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.

Memorials may be made to the "Duncanville Baptist Church", with envelopes available at the funeral home.
