He was predeceased by: his father Jerry McQuaid; and his wife Tammy Ridgely. He is survived by: his mother Darlene McQuaid (Lloyd) of Robinson, IL; his son Brad McQuaid of Cincinnati, OH; and his brothers, Tyrone (Teresa McQuaid) and Jeff (Beth McQuaid). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
