She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Kuehl and Gladys Blaney Kuehl. She is survived by: her husband Harold Waters (Gene); her children, Kathy Smith (Lance) of Mountainburg, AR., Teresa Waters Anderson of Hopedale and Thomas Waters (Darin Comstock) of Rowlett, TX.; her grandchildren, Blake Smith (Amber), Chase Anderson, Rees Smith (Kristen) and Clint Smith (Donna); her stepgranddaughter Jennifer Anderson-Suhre; and her siblings, William Kuehl (Kathy) and Janet Kuehl Wempen. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren and three great-great granddaughters.
