She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Albert and Anna Belle Rhodes (Sanders); her husband Norman Vance; her daughter Cindy Hinds; her son-in-law Gary Dilley; her brother Albert Rhodes; and her great grandchild Bennett Spangler.
She is survived by: her children, Pam Dilley of Carlinville, IL and Brad Vance (Wendy) of Virden, IL. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the First Christian Church (700 W Center St, Girard, IL 62640). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
