He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell and Beverly; and his siblings, Russell "Rusty" Armstrong Jr. and Dolly Armstrong. He is survived by: his children, Jamie Armstrong and Alicia Vogt; his grandchildren, Adalynn Renee Bauser and Oakley Otto Schafer; his siblings, Linda Duncheon, Janet Nolting (Bill), John Armstrong, Clara McCoy (Bub), David Armstrong and Mike Armstrong (Shawn); and his close friend Charles Neal. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
