She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Maxwell and Margaret Maxwell. She is survived by: her siblings, Margaret "Peg" Clarke (Frank), Robert "Bobby" Maxwell (Katherine) and Mary Heuer (Mark); her husband David James Otto; her children, David Otto (Angela), Traci Ulanowski (Kevin) and Sara Radejewski (Brian); her grandchildren, David Otto (Sarah), Gabrielle Misko (Peter), Joseph Otto (Grace), Jacob Ulanowski (Emily), Dean Radejewski, Cyprien Smith and Cole Radejewski; and her great grandchildren, Sophie Otto, Owen Otto, Caden Ulanowski and Maeve Ulanowski. She is also survived by her family, her lifelong friends, her nieces and nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM at the Damar-Kaminski Funeral Home & Crematorium (7861 88th Ave, Justice, IL 60458).
