She was predeceased by: her brother Michael Gavlak; her mother Dorothy Gavlak; and her grandmother Olga Kunst Uhrik. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Hugh O'Neill; her daughters, Linda Morales (O'Neill) and Jennifer O'Neill; and her son-in-law Ricky Morales.
