Alice leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Alice’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Alice will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her husband Leon Potrawski; her parents, Stanley Wollek and Stella Wollek; and her brothers, Stanley III Wollek (late Judith) and Roger Wollek.
She is survived by: her daughter Deborah Potrawski; and her siblings, Beth Mergens (James), Neil Wollek (Mary) and Karol Hensel (Fred).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 10th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Palos Gaidas Funeral Home (11028 SW Hwy, Palos Hills, IL 60465). A funeral service was held on Thursday, June 11th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, June 11th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Resurrection Catholic Cemetery (7201 Archer Rd, Justice, IL 60458). A procession was held on Thursday, June 11th 2026 at the Resurrection Cemetery (7201 Archer Rd, Justice, IL 60458).
