He was predeceased by: his parents, William Cody and Frances Cody; his parents-in-law, David and Veronica Juillard; his siblings, Robert Cody (Teruko), William Cody (Jean), Carol Newcomb (Norm) and Loris Schmitt (Jerry); and his siblings-in-law, Robert Hett (Nancy), Felice Paradis (Ronald) and Eileen Demonte (Lester).

He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Cody; his children, Michael (Nicoli), Ann Marie and James Cody (Sheri); his grandchildren, Michael (Paulina), Marguerite, Veronica, Samantha, Alexandra and Connor Cody; his siblings, Caron Russo (Dominic), Judith Sterchele (late Peter) and Peter Cody (late Mildred); his siblings-in-law, Gervaise Hett and Edward Juillard; and his daughter-in-law Christine T. Cody.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Sacred Heart Holy Name Society would be appreciated.
