She was predeceased by: her husband William Frederick Lewis; and her siblings, Ruth, Henry, Bertha and Carol.
She is survived by: her children, Fred (Debbie), Scott (Kathleen) and Karen Mikos (Ed); and her grandchildren, Kevin, Meghan, Rachel and William Lewis.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Palos-Gaidas Funeral Home & Cremation Services (11028 SW Hwy, Palos Hills, IL 60465). A prayer will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Palos-Gaidas Funeral Home (11028 SW Hwy, Palos Hills, IL 60465). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Savior Divine Church (10040 88th Ave, Palos Hills, IL 60465).
