He is survived by: his children, Jann Shackleton (Bob) of Alsip, IL, Karyn Cooney (Gary) of Orland Park, IL, John Katsibubas (Diane) of Orland Hills, IL and David Katsibubas (Diane) of Worth, IL.; and his siblings, Peter Kats and Babs Vencil.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Palos-Gaidas Funeral Home (11028 SW Hwy, Palos Hills, IL 60465). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Gaidas Funeral Home (11028 SW Hwy, Palos Hills, IL 60465).
