He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Shelley Kathleen Dentzman (Bertram); his sons, Edward Dentzman (Susan) and Steve Dentzman; his grandsons, Jack Dentzman and Mason Dentzman; and his siblings, Darlene Dentzman, Deborah Dentzman, John Dentzman and James Dentzman.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 1st 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Palos-Gaidas Funeral Home & Cremation Services (11028 SW Hwy, Palos Hills, IL 60465). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 1st 2026 at 7:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, May 7th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery (20953 W Hoff Rd, Elwood, IL 60421).
Memorial donations to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Amvets would be appreciated.
