He was predeceased by: his son Michael Joseph; and his parents, Joseph Palazzolo and Alice Palazzolo. He is survived by: his daughter Nicole Ritz (Josh); his grandchildren, Samantha, Ella and Madison; his brothers, Joseph, John (Christine), Mark (late Christina), Tony (Christina) and Frank Palazzolo; and his nephews, Johnny, Geovanni, Dominic (Hannah), Madison, Abigal and Anthony.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 7th 2026 from 8:00 AM to 9:45 AM at the Gaidas Funeral Home (11028 SW Hwy, Palos Hills, IL 60465). A prayer was held on Saturday, February 7th 2026 at 9:45 AM and at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, February 7th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Holy Sepulchre Catholic Cemetery (6001 W 111th St, Alsip, IL 60803).
