She is survived by: her husband Andrew Grzesiak; her children, Olha Nazarenko (Oleksiy) and Bogdan Brezden; her grandsons, Peter and Paul; her parent Olha Pakhovych; her uncle Bogdan; her godmother Anna; and her cousins, Vasyl Foit (family: Luyba Foit, Olenka Prydyvus) and Galina Danylyuk. She is also survived by cousins, relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Iryna's name to Sts. Peter & Paul Ukrainian Orthodox Church would be appreciated.
