She was predeceased by: her parents, Oral Hayes and Ethel Hayes (Hill); her husband Donald R. "Troy" Radford; her daughter Pennie Stanberry; her granddaughter Bridget Becker; her great grandchild Summer Eller; and her siblings, Roberta Sanders, Leo Hayes, Barb Jackson and Rex Hayes.
She is survived by: her children, Shannia Eller of Brownstown, IL, Randy Radford (Vivi) of Taylorville, IL and Twoynette Radford of Pana, IL. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; 11 great-great grandchildren.
Memorials in Betty's honor may be made to Pana Community Hospital Foundation for Quad County Hospice or donor's choice and will be accepted by McCracken-Dean Funeral Home who is assisting the family.
