He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles C. Zahradka, Sr. and Jerrie J. Maninfior Zahradka; his in-laws, Carl and Iona Rakers; his son Michael; his granddaughters, Karmen and Kasey; and his great grandchild Luka.
He is survived by: his wife Patty of Oconee; his sons, Rob and Rudy, Sr.; and his grandchildren, Raustin Greenville (Jessi), Rhett Pana (Laurel), Madelyn Highland (Tyler), Kaylee (Dillon), Rudy Jr. Pana and Wren.
Donations are requested to be sent to Pana Quarterback Club or the local support group for men suffering from Peter Pan Syndrome---refusing to grow up.
