He is survived by: his sons, Joseph Metzger (Kristen) of Collinsville, OK and Brad Metzger (Marissa) of Moweaqua, IL; his grandchildren, Nolan, Zoey, Rhett, Owen, Madden, Mabry and Boston; and his siblings, Chuck Metzger (Joanna), Julie Ethington (Jim) of Petoskey, MI, Audrey McLeod of Assumption, IL and Kim Myers (Phil) of Moweaqua, IL..
Memorials in Chet's honor may be made to St. Paul United Church of Christ, Dollville or Central A & M FFA and will be accepted by McCracken-Dean Funeral Home who is assisting the family.
