He is survived by: his son Justin Evrley of Pana, IL; and his siblings, Buddy Moore of Pana, IL, Bob Moore (Jenny) of Pana, IL, Dave Moore (Mazie) of Pana, IL, Danny Moore (Gina) of Pana, IL, Linda Addison of Pana, IL, Kay Blades (Poncho) of Pana, IL, Shirley Krouse of Pana, IL, Tina Cox (Junior) of Pana, IL, Tammy Carlock (Bill) of Herrick, IL and Carolyn Humphrey (George) of New Lebanon, OH. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
Memorials in Dennis' honor may be made to the family and will be accepted by McCracken-Dean Funeral Home who is assisting the family.
