She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Andrew and Leona A.; her husband Clarence A. "Butch" Werner; and her siblings, LaVonne Pruitt, Merle Nagle, Darlene Gingrey, Delores Carroll, Evelyn Craig, May England, Ethel Budds, Imogene Cochran and Robert Nagle.
She is survived by: her sons, Donald E. Werner (Carolyn) of Chatham and Francis R. Werner (Linda) of Shelbyville; her granddaughter Kristin Smith (Jason) of North Logan, Utah; her sons, Andrew Werner of Chicago, Melina Werner and Daniel Werner of Shelbyville; her great grandchildren, Lauren of Utah, Connor Smith of Utah and Brielle Brison of Shelbyville; and her sister Faye Smalley of Nokomis.
Memorials may be made to Sacred Heart School, Pana or Pana Community Hospital.
