She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard W. Sims and Geneva Sims (Haverstock); her husband Clarence Bland; her sons, James Bland and Raymond Bland; her daughter-in-law Debra Bland; and her siblings, Howard Sims, Harold Sims, Marvin Sims, Judy Sims and Eula Suey.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Bland (Darla) of Pana, Mike Bland (Marsha) of Pana, Rod Bland (Karla) of Pana, Kenneth "Moose" Bland (Lisa) of Pana, Margaret Cloe of Pana, Karen Suey (Fred) and Kathy Sue Morrison (Mike) of Hobart, IN; and her siblings, Geneva Denton of Pana, Lyle Sims of Pana and Rev. Dale Sims (Sharon) of Pana. She is also survived by 38 grandchildren; 101 great-grandchildren; 59 great-great-grandchildren.
Memorials in Ida's honor may be made to Mid-America Preparatory School (M.A.P.S.), 101 N Myers St., Herrick, IL 62431, and will be accepted by McCracken-Dean Funeral Home who is assisting the family.
