He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Jannink and Lillie Jannink (Hoehn); his son David Jannink; his siblings, Eugene Jannink, Cletus Jannink, Loretta Reulecke and Gertrude Johnson; and his close friend Linda Summerlott.
He is survived by: his daughter Diane Brookman (Dan) of Oconee, IL; and his grandson Andy Brookman (Alicia).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the McCracken-Dean Funeral Home (308 E 2nd St, Pana, IL 62557). A graveside service will be held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Sacred Heart Cemetery.
Memorials in Lawrence's honor may be made to the Rhodes France Boy Scout Camp for Shooting Sports and will be accepted by McCracken-Dean Funeral Home who is assisting the family.
