We bid farewell to Letitia Joann Kindermann of Pana, Illinois, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 3, 2025 at the age of 90. Letitia touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Mills and Lela Mills (McArdle); her husband Robert "Bob" Kindermann of Mary's Catholic Church; her sons, James Kindermann and William Kindermann; and her siblings, Alberta Gronewald, Vivian Tilton, Norma Smith, Joyce Smith, John Albert Mills and Ida Mae Phillips.
She is survived by: her children, Cathy Schmedeke (James) of Clinton, IL, Robert Kindermann, Jr. (Gail Morrell) of Taylorville, IL, Scott Kindermann (Treana) of Pana, IL, Dan Kindermann (Tammy) of Decatur, IL, Richard Kindermann (Mary) of Marion, IL and Susie Kindermann of Pana, IL. She is also survived by 42 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the McCracken-Dean Funeral Home (308 E 2nd St, Pana, IL 62557). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Patrick's Catholic Church (303 S Locust St, Pana, IL 62557).
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Joann's honor may be made to St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Pana or Cancer Care Specialists of Central Illinois and will be accepted by McCracken-Dean Funeral Home who is assisting the family.
