In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Linda leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Linda may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Doris Mae Logsdon and Bill Layton; and her significant other Charles "Ed" Dixon. She is survived by: her daughter Ashley Layton (Amy) of Pana, IL; her grandchildren, Kasandra Nicol of Nokomis, IL, Jazmyne Nicol and Stormie Nicol of Pana, IL; her brother Larry (Sharren); and her close friend Lila "Lou" Burrus. She is also survived by 2 nieces; 3 great nieces & 1 great nephew.
Memorials in Linda's honor may be made to Quad County Home Health and will be accepted by McCracken-Dean Funeral Home who is assisting the family.
