She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray E. Cothern and Ethelyn Novella Cothern (DeLong); her spouse Ferd Lebon; her sons, Randy Lebon and Kurt Lebon; and her siblings, Frederick Cothern, Kenneth Cothern and Carolyn Stieg.
She is survived by: her children, Vicky Damery of Pana, IL, Trent Lebon (Judy) of Pana, IL, Brian Lebon (Michelle) of Pana, IL and Lisa Carlson (Brian) of Pana, IL; her grandchildren, Brittany Cox (Derek Porter), Josh Lenover (Jodi), Zach Lebon, Jeremy Lebon (Whitney), Trent Lebon, Jr. (Shelby Cole), Dylan Taylor (Farrah Ginger), Jared Lebon (Tiffany), Tanner Lebon (Aubrey), Andy Lebon, Hunter Lebon, Brayden Carlson, Jacelynn Carlson and Sydney Evans; and her brother Kevin Cothern of Pana, IL.. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
Memorials in Lois' honor may be made to the Pana Sports Boosters or to the National Kidney Foundation and will be accepted by McCracken-Dean Funeral Home who is assisting the family.
