He was predeceased by: his parents, Elden Herbert and Neva Haines (Tooley); his wife Juanita Casebier; and his sons, Tim Haines, Todd Haines and Muryl Haines.
He is survived by: his children, Cathy Bilyeu (Stanley) of Pana, IL, Herb Haines of Pana, IL, Mark Haines of Pana, IL, Kevin Haines (Mariann Bartimus) of Pana, IL, Donny Haines (Kim) of Lexington, TN and Susan Haines. He is also survived by several grandchildren & great grandchildren.
Memorials in Muryl's honor may be made to the American Heart Association or American Diabetes Association and will be accepted by McCracken-Dean Funeral Home who is assisting the family.
