He is survived by: his children, Rori Martin of Springfield, IL, Mindi Cravens (Todd) of Tower Hill, IL and Zack Casner (Shelby) of Pana, IL; his granddaughter Kristen Hood (Eric Ray); and his siblings, Cindy Casner of Pana, IL, Jim Casner (Jean) of Oconee, IL and Suzie Casner-Arnold of Pana, IL..
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Oconee Mound Cemetery (2207 IL-16, Pana, IL 62557).
Memorials in Rick's honor may be made to the Christian County Humane Society and will be accepted by McCracken-Dean Funeral Home who is assisting the family.
