She was predeceased by: her parents, Mac Cooley and Ida Cooley; her husband Dwyane Houchlei; her siblings, Eva Thomas, Alice "Boots" McCall and Bob Cooley; and her siblings-in-law, Elmer Houchlei (Les Hampton) and Geraldine Hampton.
She is survived by: her son Fred Houchlei (Kim) of Sorento, IL; her grandchildren, Josh Houchlei (Shannon) of Hillsboro, IL, Jenny Lagermann (Sam) of Sorento, IL and Jake Houchlei (Kristen Grady) of Greenville, IL; her great grandchildren, Shelby, Sadie Houchlei, Stella, Ava and Hunter Lagermann; her sister Joy Grodanier of Mankato, KS; and her sister-in-law Vina Houchlei of Sorento, IL. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
