He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Gerald Dart and Eulalee Dart (Warters); and his brother Gary Dart. He is survived by: his son Scott King of Otway, Ohio; his granddaughters, Ava and Lisa King; and his sisters, Karen Crome of Plano, Jan Roberge of Denver and Lori Parker (Mike) of Peoria, Arizona. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and grandnieces and grandnephews.
