He is survived by: his children, Cyd Wolf (Bob) of Burlington, Aimee Moore (Ian) of Effingham, Bryce Sutton of Silver Spring and Joell Barrientes (Eddie) of Houston, Texas; and his grandchildren, Olivia of Burlington, Caroline Wolf of Burlington, Isabel Moore (Ben Lumpp) of New Castle, Sophia Moore of Lexington, Eli Moore of Glen Carbon, Wyatt of Houston and Chloe Barrientes of Houston. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

For those who wish, the family suggests that memorials be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children or to a children's charity of the donor's choice.
