She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Skinner and Dorothy Skinner (Fredrickson); her stepmother June Skinner; and her sisters, Judy Wall and Linda Mondschean.
She is survived by: her husband Ronald Wayne Stewart; her children, Jennifer Stewart of Dallas, Chris Stewart (Tammy) of Potomac, Rebekah Counter (Deric) of St. Charles, Derick Stewart (Sidney) of Peoria, Carman Gobin (Devon) of Clinton and Halie Mitchell (Ron) of Paris; her siblings, Harry Skinner of Danville, Steve Skinner of Naperville, Jeff Skinner of Columbia, Illinois, Betty Tjarks of Peoria, Sandra Price of Danville, Jackie Osborne of Covington and Cathy Garowski of Alvin, Illinois; her grandchildren, Jacob Bruffett (Mercedes), Jesse Bruffett, Abigail Horatschki (Zach), Makayla, Brady Stewart, Ayla, Myka Counter, Aubrianna Gremore, Ava McCarty, Spencer and Sophia Gobin; and her great grandchildren, Elaina, Lilah Horatschki and Valerie Bruffett. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Templeton Funeral Home - Paris (600 E Court St, Paris, IL 61944). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 10:30 AM and at 2:30 PM.
For those who wish, the family suggests that memorials be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
