He is survived by: his children, Dakota Cusick (Jennifer) and Darcy Cusick; his grandchildren, Tyson Cusick and Lynnlee Cusick; his siblings, Samantha Hastings and Nick Cusick (Jamie); Carol Lee Cusick. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
