He is survived by: his children, Earl Theo Evans II of Indianapolis, Indiana, Sarah Evans of Indianapolis, Indiana, Sharon Chambers (Buddy) of Indianapolis, Indiana, Sunday Harris (Kevin) of Indianapolis, Indiana, Lavinia Carol Evans of Indianapolis, Indiana and Rachel Evans of Indianapolis, Indiana; his stepdaughter Crystal Love of Paris; and his siblings, Terry Evans of Indianapolis, Timothy Evans (Cheryl) of Indianapolis and Kay Tweedy (Tim) of Indianapolis. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
For those who wish, the family suggests that memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to Riley Hospital for Children.
