He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert C. Keltz and Ida E. Keltz (Ross); his wife Carolyn Louise Pittman (Schlosser); and his sons, William and Michael Keltz.

He is survived by: his children, Steve Pittman of Paris, Dave Keltz (Terri) of Las Vegas, Carla Scott (Curtis) of Paris and Stacey Calvert (Audie) of Arlington, Washington. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
