He was predeceased by: his parents, William St and Florence St (Peterson); his wife Judith Townsend Russell; and his siblings, Frank, Paul, Arthur, Peter, David, Anthony, Ronald St. Louis and Shirley Swaitlo.
He is survived by: his children, Scott Russell (Lisa), Andrew St. Louis, William St. Louis and Louise Roherty. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
