He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Kelly and Mildred Kelly (Fuqua); his grandson Douglas Clark; and his siblings, Carl, Jesse, Cleo, Lester, Forest Kelly, Garnet Floyd, Mary Floyd, Nora Lance and Lorena Simmons.
He is survived by: his children, Sherrie Clark of Sumner, Lorrie Black of Mitchell and John Kelly (Tracie) of Georgetown, Illinois; and his siblings, Jim Kelly of Paris, Jack Kelly of Marshall, Larry Kelly of Dennison and Dottie Comstock of Paris. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and eleven great grandchildren.
