He was predeceased by: his parents, Alonzo Joseph and Dorothy T. Runyan (Gibson); and his wife Patsy Plavachen. He is survived by: his sons, Jeff Runyan and Dennis Runyan; his granddaughter Holly Runyan; and his brother Bob Runyan. He is also survived by four great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 1:15 PM at the Edgar Cemetery (629 Young St, Paris, IL 61944).
