James L. Taylor Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James L. Taylor of Paris, Illinois, who passed away on July 16, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Lorenzo and Elizabeth Lucille "Flossie" Taylor (Morris); his son Ryan Taylor; and his siblings, Roy, John, Bill, Morris Taylor, Barbara Thomas and Catherine Colter.
He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth "Lynn" Green (Ken) of Camargo, Patricia "Trish" Taylor of Dunlap, Christina Rinesmith (Billy) of Paris, Kathy Coughlin (Kelly) of Iuka, James Stanley of Oakland and Lora Stuck (Brad) of Olney, Illinois; and his grandchildren, Nicole, Camilia, Alexis, Emily, Christian, Alexia, Mercedes, Sandra, Kenton, Kiley, Kara, Drew, Courtney, Jake, Dalton, Kristen, Tyler, Peyton, Rylee, Landen and Kyndall. He is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
For those who wish, the family suggests that memorials be made to the PHS Booster Club or to Sarah Bush Lincoln Hospice.
