He was predeceased by: his father Jerry L. Thomas, Sr.; and his stepfather Dale Peebles Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Teresa M. Thomas (Petticrew) of Paris; his daughter Kendra England of Kansas, Illinois; his brother Jerry "J. R." Thomas, Jr. (Debbie McGilvrey) of Paris; his grandson Ronan Hunter of Kansas; and his niece Macie Thomas of Paris. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
