He is survived by: his children, Johnny Cummings (Jamie) of Dekalb, Brigette Burrows (Wade) of Queen City, Donald Cummings (Savanna) of Madisonville and Angie Cummings of Madisonville, Kentucky; and his sisters, Connie Heyerman (Thom) of Aurora, Shelley Porter (Tom) of Paris and Catherine Wilken of Mattoon, Illinois. He is also survived by several grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and several great nieces and nephews.
