She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Campbell and LaDonna Joan Campbell (Miller); and her sister Debra Treudt (Campbell). She is survived by: her husband Delmar Pufahl; her children, Dale Pufahl (Debra), Ed McCombs (Amie), Sherry Stark (Don), Michael Pufahl (Jessi), Michelle Flora (Scott), Theresa Luccioni and Kevin McCombs (Tip); and her siblings, Mike Campbell (Glenda), LaDonna McBride (Gerald), Tina Hefiner, Doug Campbell (Debbie), Susanna Campbell and Ken Campbell. She is also survived by loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
