With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Lyle A. Gleckler of Paris, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Gleckler and Cleo Belle Gleckler (Everett); his son Andrew Patterson; and his brother Charlie Gleckler. He is survived by: his sons, Clint Gleckler of Danville and Brett Gleckler of Monticello, Georgia; his brothers, Dave Gleckler (Delores) of Salem, Art Gleckler (Carol Kelly) of Brocton and Joel Gleckler (Darla) of Paris; his granddaughters, Isabelle Gleckler and Jessica Patterson; and his great grandchild Dalton. He is also survived by several nephews; and one niece.
The family suggests that memorials be made to the Edgar County Animal Shelter or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
