Milligan (Bill); her brother Harold Menacher; her stepsons, Bruce Milligan (Sharon) and Daniel Milligan (Loretta); her grandchildren, Alcie Milligan Patterson, Cory Milligan, Jamie Milligan, Christopher Milligan and Ashley Milligan; and her nieces and nephews, Sharon Menacher Secor, John Menacher, Mary Menacher Padgett, Jo Menacher, Jay Menacher, Tom Menacher, Trudy Menacher Gaskill, Trisha Menacher Foran and Tim Menacher. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
