He is survived by: his children, Courtney Kemper (John Marshall) of Paris, Brittany DeWeese (Lance) of Paris and Mariah Kemper of Paris; his grandchildren, Abigail Marshall of Paris, Addison Marshall of Paris, Elijah Edwards of Paris and Macelynn Sue Kemper of Paris; his siblings, Kathy Rhoads (Tony) of Paris, Brad Redman (Becky) of South Carolina and Johny Kemper of Paris; and his close friends, Jeremy Sly and Rhonda Brownback. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
