He is survived by: his son Philip Homp Jr. (Merri) of Lafayette; his grandchildren, Marcus and Hope; his son Gerald Homp (Michelle) of Seward; his grandchildren, Nolan, Levi and Callie; his son Robert Homp of Hastings; his grandchildren, Robert Jr. and Elizabeth; and his son Daniel. He is also survived by two sisters and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Grace Lutheran Church (711 S Main St, Paris, IL 61944).
