He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton Towell and Margaret Towell (Morris); and his spouse Lulabelle Mae Simpson. He is survived by: his children, Teresa Lou Fontana of Ogden, Raymond Leon Towell, Jr. of Paris and Shannon Lee Powers of Mountain View, Missouri. He is also survived by his 6 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
